BuilderGrid is built on enterprise-grade infrastructure with encryption, Row Level Security, and AI privacy controls that put you in charge of your data.
Encryption everywhere
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and encrypted at rest using AES-256. This includes every file, photo, document, and database record in BuilderGrid.
Supabase infrastructure
BuilderGrid runs on Supabase, which is built on AWS. Your data lives in US-based data centers with 99.9% uptime SLAs, automatic backups, and point-in-time recovery.
Row Level Security
Every database table in BuilderGrid enforces Row Level Security (RLS) at the database level. Your company's data is isolated — not just by application logic, but by database policy that cannot be bypassed.
Two-factor authentication
All BuilderGrid accounts support two-factor authentication via authenticator app or SMS. We recommend enabling 2FA for all team members with admin access.
AI privacy controls
BuilderGrid is unique in giving you control over which records can be used by AI features. Sensitive documents and contracts have an AI privacy toggle — when off, that content is never sent to any AI model. Your confidential data stays confidential.
Data retention policy
Your data belongs to you. You can export all project data at any time. If you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion. See our Terms of Service for full details.
Privacy compliance
BuilderGrid is designed with privacy in mind. We collect only what we need to deliver the product and we never sell your data to third parties. We are working toward GDPR and CCPA compliance. Our Privacy Policy details how data is collected, stored, and used.
